Message from CEO

Kyomugisha Juliet Kazini
At Kazini Community Care Initiative Uganda (KCCIU), our
vision is clear and steadfast: to foster value addition
and create prosperous opportunities that build a
brighter and sustainable future for the boy child in
agriculture. We recognize that the boy child is a vital
force in rural communities, and it is our duty to ensure
that they are empowered economically, equipped with
knowledge, and supported to achieve food security and
sustainable agricultural practices.
Our commitment goes beyond just agricultural
development; it is about creating an enabling
environment where the boy child can thrive socially and
economically. We actively promote innovative maize value
addition techniques and boy child-centered programming
designed to address the unique challenges faced by young
boys in rural settings. By providing access to training,
resources, and mentorship, we equip them with the skills
and confidence necessary to succeed in today’s evolving
agricultural landscape.
We also believe in inclusivity and recognize that
sustainable development involves the whole community.
While our programs focus on the boy child, we encourage
collaboration and support for all youth and women to
build resilient communities capable of adapting to
changing climates and market demands.
At KCCIU, we are dedicated to delivering practical,
innovative solutions that improve livelihoods, increase
incomes, and promote self-reliance. We work closely with
partners, government bodies, and local leaders to ensure
our initiatives are impactful and sustainable.
Together with our stakeholders and community members, we
are shaping a future filled with hope, opportunity, and
prosperity for generations to come. We thank you for
your continued support and partnership in this vital
journey of transformation.
Warm regards,
Kyomugisha Juliet Kazini
